É licenciada em Belas Artes na Central Saint Martins, College of Art and Design em Londres e vencedora do mais recente prémio CIFO – Grants and Commissions Program na categoria de Artistas Emergentes.
Laura Belém trabalha com instalações, intervenções, som, fotografia e vídeo. O seu trabalho e performance centra-se em temas como narrativas de memória, deslocamento e transitoriedade, onde o espaço, o tempo e a obra entram em diálogo.
